Project Manager
Position Type: Full-Time, year-round
Compensation: $22-$26/hour, commensurate with experience

Summary of Position: This position is responsible for ensuring all grant projects are implemented according to the timeline and objectives committed to each funder. This position will also be responsible for grant reporting and corresponding program and project evaluation.
Production Specialist
Position Type: Full-Time, year-round

Summary of Position: This position is responsible for providing production assistance to Flats Mentor Farm (FMF) farmers across all World Farmers’ farm sites. This position will support in providing general production assistance, as well as perform food safety monitoring, assistance in accessing production-related supplies and educational resources for FMF farmers, and other land management support.
Farm Support Operator
Position Type: Full-Time, seasonal (Summer)

Summary of Position: This position is responsible for supporting key staff in providing assistance to Flats Mentor Farm (FMF) farmers in all areas of production, land management, and farmsite supervision throughout the summer season. This position will assist in a wide array of on-farm tasks and requires a person who is excited to learn and is willing to take on any task.
Sales Support Operator
Position Type: Full-Time, seasonal (Summer)

Summary of Position: This position is responsible for supporting key staff in the sale of Flats Mentor Farm (FMF) farmer products and World Farmers’ wholesale operations, as well as support FMF farmers at farmers’ markets throughout the summer season. Development Manager

World Farmers advocates for and supports small-scale immigrant, refugee, and historically underserved farmers from farm to market. Our Flats Mentor Farm (FMF) program currently supports 354 immigrant and refugee farmers from 25 countries of origin. FMF farmers seek land and opportunity to feed their families the crops of their culture and rebuild their family’s cultural roots, many of whom go on to build a sustainable farming enterprise specializing in production and marketing of cultural crops to diverse consumers in Massachusetts. Our program offers hands-on experience and assistance to the next generation of farmers and provides immigrant and refugee farmers a chance to be a contributor to their family’s health and wealth.
