Option 1: Pay By Check

Avoids processing fee
If paying by check, CLICK HERE  so we can collect your information ahead of you mailing the check.

Option 2:Pay By Credit Card

Includes processing fee

Option 3: Pay with your SNAP dollars (food stamps)

If paying by SNAP, please go to this page  to fill out our form.
Note: we have a form because cannot process SNAP online; once we receive your information we will follow up with you on the next steps!
